Synopsis: Against the backdrop of economic challenges and the aftermath of the 2017 hurricanes, the film closely follows the stories of three young leaders in Humacao, Carolina, and ComerÃo. In Humacao, VÃctor confronts the water appropriation by the U.S. Navy; in Carolina, Nitzayra revitalizes a closed school; and in ComerÃo, Marian addresses security issues post-power outages through the innovative installation of solar lights.
